What are the basic rules?
FreeCell uses one deck (52 cards). All cards are visible. Move cards between 8 columns using 4 free cells. Build foundations from Ace to King by suit.
What are free cells?
Free cells are 4 temporary storage slots. Each can hold one card. Use them strategically to unblock columns and access buried cards.
How many cards can I move at once?
The formula is: (empty free cells + 1) × (empty columns + 1). For example, with 2 empty free cells and 1 empty column, you can move up to 6 cards as a stack.
Can I move cards to foundations?
Yes! Build each foundation from Ace to King in the same suit. Click a card then click its foundation, or use Auto Move.
What makes FreeCell different from other solitaire?
All cards are visible from the start, making it a game of skill rather than luck. Nearly every deal is winnable with proper strategy.
How does scoring work?
You earn 10 points for each card moved to a foundation. The goal is to move all 52 cards (520 points max).
What is the win condition?
Win by moving all 52 cards to the four foundations, completing each suit from Ace to King.

How to Play
FreeCell Solitaire uses a single deck (52 cards). All cards are dealt face-up into 8 columns. ● Free Cells: 4 temporary storage slots where you can place any single card. ● Foundations: 4 piles where you build up each suit from Ace to King. ● Moves: You can move a card to a free cell, to a foundation (in sequence, same suit), or to another column (alternating colors, descending order). ● Stack Moves: The number of cards you can move as a stack depends on empty free cells and empty columns: (empty free cells + 1) × (empty columns + 1). ● Win: Move all cards to the four foundations.
