Camouflaging Autistic Traits Questionnaire (CAT-Q)

Introduction

The Camouflaging Autistic Traits Questionnaire (CAT-Q) is a 25-item self-report measure of camouflaging: the strategies people use to mask, compensate for, or hide autistic traits in social situations. It covers three dimensions: compensation, masking, and assimilation.

Read each statement and choose the option that best describes how much you agree with it. There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer as honestly as you can; it usually takes about 5-10 minutes.
