Choose which statement describes you more — your choices reveal your relative workplace strengths.

How does the two-statement format work?

Each screen shows two statements that both describe positive workplace behaviours. You indicate which one describes you more, and how strongly — from “A completely like me” through to “B completely like me”. Choosing one side raises that dimension and lowers the other.

How is my profile calculated?

Each answer scores both statements' dimensions in opposite directions. Every dimension appears several times, so your profile is relative: you can't be high on everything, and the shape of your profile is what matters.

Why do some questions seem to repeat?

Three pairs present the same dimension contrast using different words. They measure answer consistency, not performance — there are no right or wrong answers.

What does the consistency indicator mean?

It shows how consistently you answered the repeated pairs. High consistency means a readable profile; very low consistency usually means random answering or trying to “game” the test.

Is this a real hiring assessment?

No. This is an educational self-reflection exercise inspired by forced-choice personality questionnaires. It is not a professional psychometric test and does not predict job performance.

Why workplace personality matters

Forced-choice personality tests ask you to choose between two attractive traits. Your choices reveal your relative priorities — the shape of your personality, not a pass-or-fail score.

Self-awareness

Seeing your trait profile helps you recognise which work situations energise you and which drain you.

Working with others

Knowing your relative priorities helps you communicate preferences and understand why colleagues make different trade-offs.

Career fit

Different roles reward different profiles — detail and reliability in compliance, drive in sales, empathy in care roles. A clear profile helps you aim where you fit.

Answer honestly

There are no “correct” answers. Trying to look good usually flattens the profile and lowers your consistency score.
