Introduction
SPANE focuses on feelings and provides positive (SPANE-P), negative (SPANE-N) and balance (SPANE-B) indices. It is shorter than PANAS and centers strictly on affective experiences.
This test is for educational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not a diagnostic tool. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
