Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS)
Introduction
A brief self-assessment of your general level of daytime sleepiness. Rate how likely you are to doze off in eight everyday situations.
For each situation, choose the chance that you would doze off or fall asleep in similar circumstances in your recent, usual way of life. Choose one option per question.
This test is for educational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not a diagnostic tool. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
