About DSPO
DSPO (Dao-Skill-Position-Outcome) is a growth state estimation framework composed of four layers: Dao (growth operating system), Skill (translation capability), Position (growth amplifier), and Outcome (calibration evidence).
Unlike traditional psychological assessments, DSPO does not output diagnoses or fixed personality labels. Instead, based on multiple types of evidence provided by the user, it estimates current growth state, identifies gaps between self-perception and reality, and recommends next-step investments.
Four Core Principles
Principle 1: Questions are designed to collect growth evidence, not to measure personality directly.
Principle 2: Any growth conclusion requires at least two types of evidence (self-report + behavior / reality / social / digital evidence).
Principle 3: DSPO does not output diagnoses. It outputs state estimates, confidence, gap analysis, bottleneck identification, and actionable recommendations.
Principle 4: Result analysis matters more than raw scores — scores are intermediate variables. What users need is why, where the bottleneck is, and what to do next.
Five Typical Growth Patterns
Pattern 1: Skill Driven Builder — strong capability but position doesn't amplify it
Pattern 2: Vision Without Execution — clear vision but no stable execution system
Pattern 3: Active but Uncalibrated — lots of action but insufficient review
Pattern 4: High Responsibility Risk — role demands exceed current capability
Pattern 5: Under-leveraged Potential — strong potential but environment lacks opportunities
v0.1 Limitations & Simplifications
Environmental Calibration (age / industry / resource adjustment) is replaced with a fixed base score in v0.1, without individualized calibration.
Outcome is treated as calibration evidence rather than a construct. v0.1 questionnaire does not separately collect Outcome; Pattern B/C use Evidence as approximation.
Confidence is limited by single-administration self-report without test-retest reliability; results should be treated as directional reference, not precise diagnosis.
References
This questionnaire is implemented from document No. 18 of the Kuakua DSPO documentation series:18DSPO Questionnaire Item Bank and Analysis Results.
The item bank covers the 13 Root Constructs defined in Sections 5-6 of that document (DAO_001 - DAO_005, SKL_001 - SKL_005, POS_001 - POS_003); each construct contains three item types: Self / Behavior / Evidence.
Scoring logic follows Section 7 (growth state profile, domain profile, confidence, gap analysis); pattern recognition follows Section 7.4 (Gap Pattern A-E) and Section 8 (Growth Pattern 1-5); report templates follow Section 9 (user-readable version + AI inference version).
About the v0.1 Preview
This is the first previewable version of the DSPO framework, with simplifications and approximations. Treat the results as directional reference, not a precise diagnosis. See the "v0.1 Limitations & Simplifications" section above.
