How accurate is the timer?
The display advances in 10 ms steps, but the total is accumulated from timer callbacks, and browsers schedule those with small delays — over a long session the shown time can drift slightly behind real time, and hidden tabs are throttled severely. Great for casual lap logging; for reference-accurate timing use the stopwatch, which reads the system clock directly.
What is the difference between a lap and a split?
Each press of the flag button records one lap — the time for that segment alone — while the split is the running total since the start. The list shows the newest lap first, with its lap time and cumulative split side by side.
What do Best, Avg and Worst mean?
They are computed automatically from your lap times: the fastest and slowest laps are highlighted in green and red in the table, and the average shows your overall pacing. Pressing the flag while stopped records a final lap for the segment since the last one.
How does the CSV export work?
The CSV button downloads a file listing every lap number, lap time and split in order — generated in your browser and saved straight to your device, with nothing uploaded. Laps live only in the page until you reset or close the tab.
