Memory Games for Seniors

A calm, pressure-free version of the classic pair-matching game: large cards, a small board and no countdown. Free, no download, and it works on tablet, phone and desktop - with a keyboard or a light tap.

About this version

Easy on the eyes, easy on the mind

This version starts with just 12 cards in a 4x3 grid - large, clearly drawn animal cards and no time limit at all. There are no penalties for a wrong pair: flip two cards, look at them as long as you like, and try again. Every card can also be reached with the Tab and Enter keys.

Why memory games feel good

Pair matching is a gentle workout for short-term memory and attention: you see a card, name it in your head, and remember where it lives on the board. It is the same game played with paper cards for generations - familiar rules, no screens within the game to fight with, and a satisfying pile of matched pairs at the end.

When you want more

Nothing here is locked. When 12 cards feel too easy, pick a bigger board in the menu - 16, 24 or 36 cards - switch the deck to food or vehicles, or invite a friend for two-player matches. Your best score for each board is kept on this device.
